So the product came surprisingly packaged. It was delivered to me on March 9th and I use it every day and today is April 22nd. I use it five days a week for about three hours a day, broken up into eight hours a day. The machine itself works great, I like the digital display. However, the drill handle itself presents problems, as do many others. It hasn't fallen off as like many others I stowed it away when not in use, now the mechanism inside rattles if the mechanism rattles my drill handle has stopped working and unfortunately I couldn't find a replacement.
