Ideal for cutting clear ice cubes in

It can make cocktails, but anyone who makes their own clear ice cubes and is forced to cut them out of the stove knows what a mess that can be. a pile of hardened ice runs down the cutting board and onto the floor. I recommend rinsing several times to remove mold release agent from the surface.
