It is not stated in the description but this lens does NOT support AFC (continuous focus)! So if you're looking for a fast lens to capture moving subjects in low light, this isn't for you. I bought it as an 'outdoor' lens and for low light group portraits at family gatherings, so I probably don't have a problem with it, but if I were aware of the lack of frequency response I probably would have picked something better. Even if the price is hard to beat. The lens seems decently sharp but hasn't really been used much yet. It's really compact and sticks out about the same as the G9 grip.
