I think the mic itself is fantastic. I also use it to record my podcasts and audio stories. However, the supplied adapter only worked properly after a month. I started hearing terrible glitches in the recordings. At first I thought it was a phone. Attempts to write to the computer. Same problem. Then I thought it was the mic itself. Oh no! I tried my friend's microphone. The same thing. I bought a new adapter and the mic works great. With the exception of the adapter, which is available separately, the microphone is very cheap for its price.
