Good quality fits cranksets
I change the sprockets at least 3 times a month. It's been almost a year and they're still holding on. No indication that they will break when I tighten them. Only use a torque wrench and be careful not to twist them. So they will probably last forever. Update July 3, 2021: With ftp 360w and almost a year later they are still going strong. If you use a torque wrench, you cannot tighten and remove them. Another 5β from me.
