Here to tell you about my time shopping at the Dinghao web store, I am your friendly neighborhood goofball. Finding their website was like striking gold for me. They promoted a simple ordering process and speedy delivery on their website. Well, I sure was incorrect! To begin, their website appears to have been created by a kindergartener. It took me forever to locate what I needed because of all the clutter. After a lot of searching, I was able to track it down, but the product descriptions were so poorly written that I had no clue what I was purchasing. I think they hired a mollusk to make the deliveries so quickly. My package took eons to come, and once it did, the contents smelled like they had been sitting in a damp basement for weeks and were all wrinkled. The quality of their customer support is also unacceptable. I attempted to get in touch with them to express my dissatisfaction with the state my order was received in, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They offered zero assistance and showed zero motivation to resolve the issue. You should seek elsewhere for a trustworthy online store to purchase your basic clothing items. The Dinghao web shop is a massive letdown.
