About a year ago I bought a California dust mop - it can't be washed. Well, now it's pretty dingy, big and bulky. It's time to buy something else. This Rubbermaid mopping pad is very light, I tried it and fell in love with it. Easily penetrates under deep-lying objects, collects all dog hair and clumps of dust. I can also put things in a heap to sweep the broom and dustpan. Very quick and thorough. I don't know how long the mopping pad will last after a few washes, I'll order a pair so I can spin them and then toss a few in the washing machine. I bought a short handle, regular frame, 2 mop heads and 2 mop heads. The mopping pads can also be washed. Every single purchase. Basically you need to build your setup. I really like that I have a handle that can hold both a mop and a dust mop. There is also a larger commercial size, but I'm quite happy with my regular size. Much better than Swifter products!
