I like that it gives me an overview of what is going on in my industry and around the world. It also provides useful insights into current events by providing key words associated with each event. This can sometimes be overwhelming as there are so many different types of information/events available at any given time. For example, you might get a notification about something happening in your city but not know if its important or just another story from somewhere else. Also, we have found that some notifications don't show up until much later than when they occur. We use this service primarily during conference calls to keep everyone informed of major issues related to their business.
