Safe and fun. Suitable for cycling
I installed it with screws (two options) to avoid movement. It was excruciating to install, but now it's going nowhere. However, using the rubber band method would be easier. The lighting is bright and my son loves the patterns. I'm lucky as it's super visible at night. Please note that they cannot fit wheels smaller than 26 inches. Otherwise I would have bought more.
