Rate this -5. So a rat came out of the woods and decided to build a nest between the engine and firewall of my 2002 Silverado 5.3L and some of the cables got in its way. No problem, he just chewed it in half. I ordered this part primarily to get the wiring harness that came with it, but hey why not fit a new camshaft position sensor as the INTAKE MANIFOLD WAS REMOVED TO ACCESS. Everything together again - now receives the camshaft sensor code "high" and "low" at the same time (only received a "low" code in the event of a wire break). I'm done. I took it to my mechanic who for only $120 found this new camshaft position sensor to be defective - he put the original back in and the problem was solved. I cannot recommend this part or this manufacturer.
