I was looking for a high bandwidth solution for our office setup and a solution for at least 10-20kVM switches like this one. . I bought this device to test out to see if it suits my needs and I am so pleasantly surprised. I spoke to the manufacturer in China and they were very helpful. I didn't think anyone would answer but they were great. I have a desktop computer and a laptop with two HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs. The laptop has an HDMI and a USB-C output (I use USB-C to HDMI). And the desktop has an HDMI and a DP output (I use a DP to HDMI cable). Switching between the two computers is seamless. The remote control works perfectly. The split screen feature where you can have one computer and another computer on another screen is the best feature for our office as employees have a program on one side and can follow the progress while they are on work on the other side. The USB hub connected to the KVM switch works fine and is recognized by both computers. I installed it as soon as I received it and couldn't wait to share the good things about this article. I would definitely recommend this for an office/business environment and the home office. Thank you TESmart for a great product. If anyone has items please ask.
