a corner of the fabric started to peel out of the speaker, right after my first ride it got to the point where i had to remove the fabric cover over the speaker that works in Hold on and sounds great even compared to normal outside noise, but I'm pretty sure it's no longer waterproof after that stuff comes loose. Refresh my 4th time I use it maybe after 9 hours of play when I cycle after 30 miles the speaker just stopped working but I noticed it was still connected to my phone so I switched it on off, it didn't turn off or show up when I turned it back on, but it reconnected to my phone. So I drove to the bench and removed the front panel. The speaker itself is held in place by 4 screws. I saw the black wire had come loose so I pulled the wire off, twisted it into a tight loop and stuck it onto the connector, plugged it back in and bam it worked again. I drove another 10 miles and got back to my truck. When I got home I redid the cable for a more secure connection and it works fine, but it's still a little disappointing that the cable came loose after 4 rides with less than 10 hours of play.
