We were happy with the performance of the unit until after about 6 weeks it wouldn't turn on. It would be easy to assume a charging issue, but we found that when the start button was pressed a couple of times, maybe twenty times, it turned on and worked fine. As it was past the Revain return date, I called Bissell Customer Service on the number provided in the owner's manual. After some routine troubleshooting with a Bissell representative, it was determined that the problem was with the start/stop switch and they sent us a new unit free of charge. While it's disappointing for a genuine vacuum when a malfunction occurs, it's hard to complain about this level of service. So I'm giving it five stars, assuming the replacement doesn't work either. The time will show.
