I was looking for a cheap OBS tuned capture card and I came across this one. I wasn't sure about some of the reviews I read about this item, but I might as well give it a try. For a 1080p HD stream it worked pretty well, maybe there was half a second of lag, but overall I think it works perfectly if you're streaming this over OBS. I don't recommend using this as a second screen on a monitor as the delay when pressing buttons can ruin gameplay.
