Review on Pozative by Lamont Manjrekar

I like how easy it was to set up my account with pozitive. The customer service has been great too! It's not perfect but there are some things they need to work out. For example sometimes when adding new items or editing existing ones it would take awhile before it was reflected in their search results. Also sometimes when you go back into the page after leaving it it doesn't refresh until you close the window. This makes me think maybe it needs to be updated from time to time so it actually reflects changes made rather than just waiting for them to update everything at once. Make sure to create multiple accounts because if someone does something bad then all of our accounts show it which isn't fair. We realized we were losing clients over negative feedback but didn't know why. With pozitive now we are able to look through each client individually to find out where they came from and what happened.
