Not suitable for me for welders

I bought this for a dremel and the wheel doesn't even come close to where it should be, none of the slots can be used except the cut off slot which barely fits 1/8 inch tungsten. I have never used them in 13 years of professional welding and now I know why, waste of money. A bench grinder or just an old combination grinder and drill bit will do.
