I bought one of these about a year ago and it worked really well so I just bought a second one so I could set up two monitors. The color is great (I use photo editing software regularly), the size and brightness and response are great (I'm also a CAD pro), and the form factor is light, easy to set up, and compact for its size. Hardly any visible image changes from different viewing angles. Good adjustment of color, brightness, tone, etc. And usually the price is under $100. Pretty awesome actually. Highly recommended. As I said, I like it so much and it's so cheap that I bought a second one right away. Since I'm not a gamer, I can't comment on suitability. My son has a gaming monitor that is bigger, curved, and 4 times the price of this one. Also, this one doesn't have any mounting points on the back, so you'll have to use its kickstand. FYI if this is a problem for you.
