I've had this monitor for over 5 years and it still works great so I'm just guessing these 1 star ratings are simply due to poor seller shipping/self service. Recommended for office work. DO NOT use this for video games. This is a low quality gaming monitor that can't keep up with most games these days. Half the games I play won't start at all. While watching a Twitch or any video, if a browser wasn't maximized and you tried to maximize it, the screen flickered black for a split second. Disable hardware acceleration in Google Chrome settings and it's completely fixed for this monitor. You can max and unmax what you want and there will be no more flickering.
