I like the functionality and the ease of use of this software. As a busy HR administrator, this software gives you all the options that you need to ensure you're able to find, find and use these tools. I've been using thrive for nearly a year now with excellent success - I've been able to utilize the platform to help streamline the offboarding process for my team. The platform is easy to use and helps in the onboarding process of our new members by providing resources, tips, guides, etc. It is easy for the users to utilize. This system is a great way to help streamline our internal process of offboarding people as well as help make our internal redeployment process easier. I haven't had any issues, and I highly recommend this software to any company looking for a great way to improve the internal HR management process or offboarding. The ease of use of the system has enabled me to use it for my team and make sure that we're doing our best for our members when they come to us for a transition. My team is more efficient in the offboarding process and it enables me to keep all information in one place for us to easily use as we It has helped us organize our employees' information about their past jobs, skills, experience, etc. It provides easy access to previous resumes so that we can easily pull up old applications, emails, etc. I dislike that you cannot add your own fields in order to customize it to your needs. I use this tool when looking for potential candidates for future positions. It allows me to quickly find all the applications submitted by job applicants.
