A good replacement for the base filter for a 2012 Toyota Corolla. It fits perfectly and is similar in quality to original OEM and various aftermarket parts. Easy to install * Open the glove box * Remove all your belongings as they are likely to fall out during the process * Remove the clamp on the damper that holds the glove box on the right side * Flip the side of the glove box from the back inwards loosen the tabs holding it so that it falls down.* You will see a black box with tabs on the side - press the tabs to open the cover* Remove the old filter and clean it of dirt (you can use a vacuum or cloth if there is a lot of it) * Insert a new filter with the arrow pointing down (in the direction of the air to the fan) * Replace the lid * Lift the glove box door to release the side clips to reattach * Re-attach the damper to the clip * Replace your stuff * You're good for another year. - Make sure you do this Try it yourself and save the $25-$65 the dealer will charge you for this very simple task.
