Review on Theragun Mini 4th Generation: Powerful Portable Muscle Treatment Massage Gun by Bhushan Barkley

When I got my Theragun Mini I immediately opened it up and started it up because my back and neck have been sore from spending weeks in front of the computer. I didn't even take the time to read the instructions, but it was very easy to learn how to turn it on and how to change the settings. I didn't have much experience with these types of products so I started on a low setting and that was fine. The smaller size allowed me to easily maneuver myself on my own, and I was able to reach my back with ease (I'm not the most flexible type, by the way). At first I wasn't sure if it worked as it was ticklish and weird most of the time, but when I turned it off after about 2-3 minutes I immediately felt a difference. My back is freer and my neck pain is less. I would definitely recommend buying this if you are suffering from mild aches or muscle tightness!
