b4 these. it took a few months, b4 had problems. So, a few quick thoughts on that. 1. too expensive for what it is. 2. The screen can be difficult to see in bright sunlight. 2a. Why do these manufacturers put a glossy reflective screen on top of the stereo? in which situation does it make sense? 3. The instructions are possibly the worst I've seen. 3a. it might have been easier to follow them if they had been read in their native language, which I suspect they were written in. simply organized and whimsically worded. 4. I think this stereo is designed for iphone first and then android. 4a. I have an android and need to use bluetooth. iPhone users use direct cables. not necessarily bad, but quite difficult to connect every time.5. The controls are a bit clunky and not intuitive. It will take time to get used to and play with it a lot.6. I've already received the dreaded Error 10. After looking around, I found that this is a common problem. Luckily he recognized the phone after getting in and out of the car several times. 5a. This seems to be a big problem with Pioneer software and if I had known about this before I bought the unit I might have gone with a different brand. sounds as expected. I like the selection of high-pass filters, EQs, etc., but again, it's quite a hassle to play around with.7. Phone calls seem to work well once you get used to the system. In summary a great stereo with good features, badly confusing software and instructions and a bit pricey. $20 or $30 cheaper, that would be great. At this price, you might be better off spending more and buying in brick and mortar with an added warranty.
