If you expected this item to be bulletproof, kid yourself. Who has dealt with it or has not glued it properly, has not cleaned the watch glass sufficiently or attached it correctly. I can't even say it's there. Take the time to give your watch glass a really good clean and use the sticker provided to ensure there is no invisible dust on the glass. Remove the plastic and line it up carefully, let it do its job and seal it.
