Works well, joystick too fast

Works well except like all new joysticks I've found, it moves too fast. There is a very small continuum of motion between no motion and full speed motion. Tiny movements are too exaggerated, it's very hard to be precise. But that's typical of all new joysticks and I hope I'll get used to it over time.
