
I've been using my tablet for about four months now and am enjoying very clear pictures and great sound quality. Due to the Covid situation I probably used it more than the tablet under normal circumstances. I emailed support and said I had a problem with the charging port. ALICE emailed me back within ONE day. She made several suggestions which I tried and she asked for some photos. To my delight, the issue was resolved in less than a week with email and photo exchanges. THIS SERVICE MUST BE REVIEWED!
