90% of the time the alarm never goes off. Always connects via BlueTooth whether you want it to or not, disconnecting any other Bluetooth you may have connected to your phone at the time. Therefore, the clock always had to be turned off to prevent this. Qi charging is a narrow WiFi band. If you don't place your phone on it properly, it won't charge. Small hits on the dresser could knock the mobile out of the qi zone. I wanted to return it. I set up a process in the return window. Came back a few days later to print a return label but label printing was out of return period so I couldn't send it back. I'm sitting there debating whether to smash it before throwing it in the trash or just leave it on the side of the road. I have two other iHome alarms. You have never let me down. Only this model. I suggest avoiding this and choosing one without BlueTooth.
