Good light. I use it as a porch light for my trailer. I like the switch version because I need light to see the lock to see the inside switch. The switch version allows me to fit the entire trailer side and door lock and is also useful when I just need outside light without having to open the side door. I covered the top and both sides (but not the bottom) with silicone to solve the water problem. I also placed silicone around the top of the lens and the bottom where it snaps so it doesn't come off during travel, which I can easily see. This method allows penetrating water to exit under the influence of wind and gravity.
