UPDATE - I've raised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars based on customer service alone. My original review of this product is below. Support contacted me and tried to replace it but nothing was in stock so I was immediately refunded the full cost of this camera. The support team was very responsive and honestly tried to help. I would give the customer service 5 stars and the camera 1 star. I met in the middle and gave an overall rating of 3 stars. When I made this purchase, I did so based on two things: Wi-Fi capability and image clarity. Wi-Fi on this camera does not work at all. My phone is trying to find it then it clicks but it doesn't connect. Just make a clicking sound without stopping. More pictures are clear so many ladies. but there is no motion sensor. I have 2 different cameras pointing in the same direction because I have a lot of wild animals in my garden and I needed to look at them from different angles. Yesterday the lynx went directly into the area that both cameras should capture. My other camera took pictures, this one didn't take any. Absolutely terrible. My other camera is half the price of this one and works perfectly. This one doesn't take any pictures at all. What a disappointment, especially for the money I paid.
