This product conforms to the stated specifications. Remember that 245J is NOT a great surge protector. If you're worried about large power surges, this protection isn't for you. However, this is normal for most people. My only complaint is that it doesn't sit very securely in the outlet that the device itself plugs into. When connecting or disconnecting the power cord or USB cable, be sure to leave the device plugged into a wall outlet to prevent it from moving or becoming detached. This means two hands, one to push/pull or pull the cable and the other to hold the surge protector. What I really like is its size. It fits in my travel bag very easily and is _much_ smaller than a bunch of USB chargers and a mini-hub.
