I have been working as an EMT for 6+ years now; so far this has definitely not had any issues that would make me look elsewhere! There are some benefits to using them (and it's FREE), they do keep you up date about new software releases or if there is ever anything going wrong their customer service team promptly responds back regarding your issue/issue resolution time frame etc.; however all in good fun!! Nothing really negative here other than just be aware when applying online via phone interview process - sometimes questions may come out during interviews which aren't asked by hiring manager but can still possibly show through due too technical nature i guess ;).
The greatest benefit we receive from utilizing these systems was ease at obtaining client billing information once hired into our department thus streamlining accounting duties within my group.
