Two black rubber seals were damaged when the box was opened. But I had Gorilla Glue on hand, so I just glued it back on. Not the end of the world. This product is amazing but its application specifically for oil changes is not as good as the rear stand. I've tried so many different positions, but spinning a wheel takes a lot more effort than putting it on a rear stand. . Once you get used to the rear kickstand, it won't be much harder to bike on this machine. It takes about three times as much force to turn a wheel, and sometimes it moves. The bike does not move on the rear footboard. In theory this product works well and I will give it to him. The build quality is excellent. If you need to lift your rear wheel to do something that doesn't require the wheel to spin, then this is for you. I only got this for an oil change, so unless I can find something usable for it. I'll just throw it away or sell it. This product is not bad either, but its application is only good on paper. The only thing it has compared to the C-pillar is that it's cheaper, but that price drop will cost you your hands once you start spinning the wheel. Even with WD40 and other grease put on the spinners they were too hard and I'm 22 and young and strong.
