The sound quality is pretty good for the price. Battery life is also a plus. These aren't the most aesthetically pleasing headphones, and they're not the most comfortable. The biggest problem for me is making and receiving calls using the virtual assistant or speech-to-text feature. Most of the time I can hear people very well when I'm on the phone, but the person I'm talking to can't hear me at all or only in the background. I mean 9 calls out of 10 I have this problem and I end up having to take my headphones off and just use my phone regularly. When I try to use Siri, she never hears or understands me (more than usual, ha!). Same thing happens when I try to use dictation for text messages. He understands about 5 percent of what I say or doesn't hear me at all. I contacted tech support, they walked me through an overly complicated reset that did absolutely nothing to solve my problem. If you just want headphones for music then I would say you have quality headphones for the price. If you want headphones that can actually be used for all the functions they were designed for, I would look elsewhere. I hate to say this because I love ANKER, they make really good quality products at reasonable prices, but here it is. Sorry ANCHOR :/
