We just ordered these for my four year old's first dance class. I measured her foot at 160mm and according to the "best fit" guidelines for shoe sizing, I went up two sizes. At 160mm she would have been a size 9.5 so I ordered an 11. They were slightly longer in the toes when I first put them on her but by tightening the laces the entire shoe stretched to the perfect size for she small foot. . My daughter has the same foot shape as me and when I did ballet I always preferred sold out shoes so I'm happy to find a great little shoe at a good price that will likely last a while.
