Good ingredients but poor solubility and horrible taste

This drink is a great choice for those who are afraid of catching a cold or are recovering from the flu. It's very moisturizing and the ingredient list is impressive. However, the taste is so terrible that I can't imagine ever having one again unless I was so dehydrated or stuffed that the taste wasn't an issue. I tried both flavors included in this mixed pack. The Super Berry tasted a little better than the tangerine, but not enough to recommend it. The taste is usually only dull fruity with a slight acidity. However, after the first taste, I can only focus on the aftertaste. There's a lot of salt in those packets, and it wraps itself around your mouth, leaving a taste somewhere between the rotten potato chips and the metal. In addition, after drinking the drink, the aftertaste stays in the mouth for almost 10 minutes. My final criticism of these sachets is that they are very difficult to dissolve. I drink them mixed in a water bottle, but even with vigorous shaking I still had to take stock and shake a few more times before the bottle was empty. All in all I don't recommend them. There are other, less brutal, ways to hydrate and stay healthy. They taste bad, don't dissolve well, and cost way more than I'm willing to pay.

Pros
  • Nuun Immunity3 uses three key elements to support the immune system: electrolytes, vitamins and prebiotics. Electrolytes support hydration and balance, vitamins provide antioxidant support, and prebiotics promote the production of healthy gut bacteria.
