I like everything about this bag. I was looking for something a little more seasonal than my Vera Bradley bag for fall and found this bag just in time. It's big judging by the photos, but not too heavy due to the structure of the bucket. I loved the fact that I could fit all my daily essentials as well as room for a lunch bag - in other words, it's the perfect bag for commuting. The bag has several external pockets - two on the front. and on the back with small magnetic buttons and two smaller side buttons as well as a zip insert that can be used inside the bag to store items securely. (One review mentioned that this bag snaps open, I haven't seen how that works, but it fits snugly in the bag and stays secure.) The top also had a magnetic snap closure. The bag comes with two straps. color matching made of leather and one made of comfortable nylon fabric with a matching print. I love the pop of color and brightness. The bag is made from firmer leather that will hold its shape and add some structure to the bag. The bag and straps have good reinforcement on the seams and openings, making the bag very durable. The buckles on the strap are a nice size, although I wish they were a little easier to open and close (but that might be a personal issue, so I'm not deducting a star here). This bag certainly fits into the territory of a large tote, but I'm also glad that I have the option to swap out the strap (or use both straps provided together) to create a shoulder bag if needed.
