I have used this carrier for my 10kg pup on two flights and walks around town. The side that rests on the back and the shoulder straps are very comfortably padded. Good quality zippers, most of them have locks. The inner dimensions are slightly smaller than specified due to the foldable mesh inserts and the fleece lining that hangs down at the sides. The luggage strap does not fit the handle of my main luggage because the handle is too wide. Visually, the carrier is attractive, with an orange and white border. My puppy was very comfortable in the carrier but it fits well. I'm looking for more space for long-haul flights.
