Although I was impressed by the breadth of products available from PassionTR, I was disappointed by the quality of the company's customer support. I contacted their customer support staff with a question about a product, but I had to wait several days for a response from them. When my order eventually arrived, I was extremely dissatisfied to discover that the item I had been sent was not the one that I had ordered. It took a few more days before I was able to get in contact with the customer service team and have the problem resolved. Although I value the high quality of the products that PassionTR offers for sale, my experience with their subpar customer service has left a sour taste in my tongue. In my opinion, if they were to work on enhancing their communication and reaction times, they would be able to become a much more formidable competitor in the market. In general, I would recommend PassionTR because of the high quality of their products; however, you should be informed that getting in touch with their customer service team might be difficult at times.
