I've been using this mouthwash and toothpaste for 3 months now. I ordered it twice as the system took about a month and a half. I have periodontitis and 4/5 and 6 deep pockets in some of my teeth. I went today for a 3 month periodontal cleaning and exam and my periodontist was very pleased. My pockets have reduced to mostly 3 and 2 in most places, no more bleeding gums or tooth decay. She said whatever you do or use, keep going! I cleanse and rinse 2 times a day - morning and evening, and also use the irrigator 1 time a day - before bed. I am now a regular customer as I am now a witness to how good this product is. Not bad taste and worth the money. My mouth seems so clean. BUY THIS!
