Mixed rating. The product itself works fine with no issues. This purchase was a replacement for the exact same item I bought less than a year ago. I threw the old one on the bed and it rolled off and broke a very small piece of plastic on the plastic dirt bin (the clear front of the vacuum). I figured I could buy a replacement from Black & Decker for $5 or $10 and be back in business. They don't sell that particular part so I had to buy a whole new unit. That shouldn't surprise me - today everything seems to be disposable.
