I ordered 20g 2mm I usually get a 2 or 1.5 as I like smaller gems but they were even smaller than my 1.5. They are only a hair's breadth more than a pole. I was concerned when I first opened them as I had an 18g starter piercing. I tried them anyway. Surprisingly, they fit well. You didn't hit the hole lol. I like her. They just add a little bling. I also had trouble healing one of my piercings (I have a double nose piercing). A small keloid kept forming even with my piercings, so I wanted to try a different metal. I've had them for a week now and so far so good. My problematic piercing has largely healed and is keloid free. So I will say that they are probably real titans. I'm glad I bought them but if you're looking for a larger pin/ball definitely don't go for the 2mm.
