This is my first set of both odi and mechanical grips. It wasn't until a day after installation that I had to take them off to work on the winch controls. Keeping the controls on the steering wheel made life so easy and clean. Don't go crazy tightening everything up, they'll hold up well. No glue and a nice traditional solid feel to the handle, except it's only attached on two sides with rubber mounts, reducing vibration to your hands. They are fantastic and I can't wait to try them on my MX bikes especially the CR 500. This kit was installed on a Sportsman 500.
