These grips are as good as the photos! Very easy installation, only takes a minuet on each side. The only thing that confuses me is that the stop screws point in opposite directions when the stop rings are mounted on the handle. Plus, the company can easily package the grips "assembled" so you can take them out of the box, put them on, and tighten them up. Excellent workmanship and very comfortable. I have big hands and unfortunately they are too small. I've read many times on forums that people LOVE these 120mm pens, but it just wasn't for me. I wear XL with gloves and sometimes XXL so I should have known better. 120mm ordered, 130mm received. The 130mm barcode on the bottom of the box has been overlaid with a 120mm barcode. A description stating 130mm was on the top of the box. I'm not sure how all of this happened, but they were clearly 130mm. I'll let them work as I like the extra length. Three stars for the bug and the fact that water gets into the handlebars, so I cap off the end of the handlebars to prevent this. I'm also disappointed that the core is plastic instead of rubber to prevent slipping.
