The ease of use! This is an amazing product for managing call volume across multiple shifts in our department at work. We can see how many calls we are receiving while outpatients as well as those that have been resolved by ambulance or private transportation services when available through the system. Very helpful tool for dispatchers who oversee several departments. I wish there was more information about each user account such as phone number availability for different shift times but this could be improved upon if needed. Overall helpful with tracking services provided via EMS transport within my town's service area.
