This monitor was a huge upgrade for me in terms of screen real estate so I'm trying not to be biased just in terms of "wow look how much space I have!" It's amazing how big the difference between 24" and 27" is. That doesn't sound like much on paper, but it does in practice. That is much. At the same time, for work, I spend the whole day in front of the screens and then play games. I also wear glasses and suffer from chronic migraines. I was intrigued by the "sight-keeping" nature of this monitor, and most importantly by its flicker-free promises. Considering the price range, I didn't expect anything revolutionary in terms of graphics performance in games. but I really wish it wouldn't hurt my eyes or give me a headache. Honestly, so far so good. I immediately activated eye protection mode. Someone who isn't used to immediately setting up a monitor to be easy on the eyes might be put off by the effect on color - it's a bit washed out and has the effect of lowering "brightness" without the actual output to dim. The blues in particular gets a little blurry. Whites aren't that bright. You get used to that very quickly. And although the flickering is not usually consciously noticed, I have to say that it was quite pleasant to watch. I can work in a poorly lit room without discomfort. I've attached some images from my graphics tablet as controls to show some of the different preset colors for the monitor: Eye Saver (described above), Standard (out of the box), and FPS (which noticeably increases gamma). There are also a few other settings as well as a few more manual color settings for you to play around with. What really brings me to my only issue with this monitor is the menu buttons. It's 2021 and I'm pressing buttons on the back of the screen like it's still 2005. The buttons are loud and hard to press. My kingdom for remote control or software menu. One more thing to know: It is not listed in the product description, but this monitor is VESA mount compatible. I dropped mine straight onto the desktop mount. It's 100x100.
