the GZXHMY kitchen skillet is an impressive and highly functional addition to any home cookware collection. Based on my observations, this non-stick griddle is perfect for making pancakes, grilled cheese, and other breakfast favorites. The aluminum construction heats evenly and quickly, resulting in perfectly cooked meals every time. However the only drawback I noticed was the thin handles, which can get hot while cooking.Overall, a great product that I would recommend to anyone looking for high-quality cookware..
