I really like the car, but I find a product only as good as the service behind it. Hence the bad rating. There is NO customer service. I never got $25 free from the design store. It gave me a notification that I had already used it. Before that I had never had a silhouette in my life. Then I get an email that my free month has expired and not even 30 days have passed! I have repeatedly tried to contact them. The phone number I found for them just asks you to send an email (I've done this a few times and they don't answer) or use the chat icon (doesn't work). Now they bill me monthly and I'm not allowed to cancel or remove my card.
