Let's start with the fact that there is too much space inside the massager. I prefer a firm massage and have used other foot massagers. This machine gives you a gentle massage even at the highest intensity. The combination of air cushion compression and rollers makes any massager great. This machine (snail axe) destroyed the whole concept. It's not very well coordinated and all you end up with is a weak ball of pressure that rolls uncomfortably under your foot. The biggest disappointment is that neither the arch of the foot, nor the heel, nor the Achilles tendon get massage rollers or air compressors! Because the interior of the car is too spacious, and the compression is not enough to squeeze the legs together. Overall terrible product design and because of that terrible massage. spend my money I return this product on the second day. They didn't give me a full refund! Bad experience. Do not buy the product.
