My last phone was an S8+ and I used an LED case instead of this type. I loved this case but ended up with my screen cracking due to the lack of magnetic closure. But that hasn't happened in over two years of owning this phone and case, so I've decided to give Samsung cases another try. I chose the S View case this time. I can tell you without exaggeration that this is the worst phone case I have ever put on a phone. I wouldn't feel safe dropping it from an inch let alone 4 feet. It's very thin, so if you like it, you might like it. But it doesn't feel as durable as the LED-backlit chassis, also from Samsung. It also lacks a magnetic closure, which confuses me as this is standard on most folio style cases, even the regular 60% off versions. Also, the front cover feels very thin and loose. Of course it doesn't close at the front and hangs down a bit. It also doesn't do what I had in mind, which is to keep my phone's screen clearly visible, e.g. B. to appear on the display all the time. There is a display (as in the product photo) but there is no way to configure it. It's ugly. Finally, this phone case is very elegant. There is no support at all and we recommend that you fit a pop socket or ring on your back for stability while working. My hands keep slipping over this thing. It's also the main fingerprint magnet, although it's easy to clean. But you'll brush it all day if that bothers you. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because it really works and has unique features. But that's definitely not my thing. The LED package is similar but higher quality and more durable for the same price.
