This is an LED strip for your helmet, as mentioned, it has one or two disadvantages as well as pluses. I bought and compared a set before my last purchase. The old set had a glossy finish and the new one is more matte, the old set is brighter when the lights are on, the red from the previous purchase is bright red and the new one is pinker. Adhesion is good, I had to use tape from my local hardware store due to weather related issues affecting adhesion. The economical thing about the new lamp set, however, is that the soldering points are much better and appear less prone to breakage.
