The interface is very user friendly and it's easy to use. It also has features that allow you to track your giving by donor type. I like that they have a lot of different ways to give. They have monthly giving, one time gifts, and other special gift options. There are some things that could be improved. For example, the dashboard can sometimes look messy when you're trying to see who has donated what. Overall, this software has been great for our organization. We've had no problems with it. We've also seen an increase in our number of donors since we started using this software.
